Any information uploaded by the Designers are solely under the responsibility of the Designers whether it is protected by copyright or a personal concept and nothing to do with CoArch (Connect to Architects). All packages live and uploaded in this website are presumed owned by the relevant Designers, however it can be used by CoArch for purposes of investigation against any complaints, disputes or any legislative necessity. CoArch has the full rights to delete, remove and reject any information uploaded which may indicate any threat against proprietary rights or scandalous images not applicable for this site.
All information uploaded by Designers and End-users are treated with full confidentiality and due to certain legislative requirements no drawings should show any names of designers either on the plans / perspectives.
In addition to design confidentiality the naming of each package should not bear any Designer’s names, contact details or email addresses in alignment to Architects’ code of practice towards advertising ban, even though some countries have lifted these restrictions, it would be prudent to conceal these information until the complete purchase transaction of a specific package has been concluded.
The options to add, edit & remove files remains available to the relevant stakeholder/s, however any indication of misconduct and inappropriate content CoArch will do the necessary action to mitigate such matters in a case by case manner without any prior approval required from the relevant stakeholder/s.
All stakeholders of this website should be of legal (18+) age and will be held responsible for any misconduct demonstrated in the contents of packages uploaded herein.
