Whether YOU’RE a Rookie or Seasoned Architect and future Architects (University Students), we at CoArch are gladly welcoming you to our website.  The website’s main goal is to level the ground of Designers around the globe.  In parallel, we believe that someone, somewhere out there appreciates that design. . .YOUR design!!!  So, come one, come all and give that design the opportunity that it deserves. . .get it noticed through CoArch and expect a revenue in return.

Here’s how to start. . .

1.     Register to www.coarch.ae sign-up as a Designer

2.     Register with your basic info, accept the T&C’s and click “Confirm”

3.     A security email will be sent to your registered email address and you’ll be asked to reset your password. . .don’t be puzzled, you can use the same password when you registered while resetting your password this is only for security reasons.

4.     Login using your email & password

5.     Upload a new Design. . .this is mandatory to conclude your registration.  A Design package needs the following:  a & b are minimum requirement

a.    Perspective (Recommended, High Resolution .jpeg file)

b.    Floor Plans & Elevations (could be .pdf or .dwg files) these files must be in .zip folder and uploaded altogether

c.     Structural Drawings & Details (Optional but recommended to provide value for money to customers) - (could be .pdf or .dwg files) these files must be in .zip folder and uploaded altogether

d.    MEP Drawings & Details (Optional but recommended, available usually if it is already an implemented design) - (could be .pdf or .dwg files) these files must be in .zip folder and uploaded altogether

e.     Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) / Specifications / Both - (Optional but recommended to provide value for money to customers) - (could be .pdf or .xls files) these files must be in .zip folder and uploaded altogether

Note:  Each item constitutes a percentage which is automatically assessed in the system and will be reflected on the information level bar - below the thumbnail of each package; also note to conceal any form of Designer’s identification and contact details on the perspective and to the images uploaded in the images tab viewable by the customers prior to purchase, in compliance to “Architect’s code of ethics” against advertising ban, even if this rule is lifted by other countries – nothing to worry because all your contact information will be shared to the paying customer once a purchase has been concluded.

6.     Fill in all the relevant available information for each package, include the desired price that you reckon to be fair for the package that you will upload (Not too expensive and not too cheap – just be fair) this will give customers the confidence to you and likely to recommend your product if they get the value for their money.

7.     Then click save and your registration is complete.

Your uploaded design will be reviewed by CoArch admin and will be assessed for approval, if everything is in order and appropriate this should not take more than 24 hours, depending on the traffic.

Once you’re a registered Designer you will be given access to your Designer’s Dashboard where you can see the statistics graph of CoArch, which will give you relevant info of what are the most frequently viewed packages and how much level of available product against that package.  Which will then eventually be your guide as to what design needs to be uploaded next.

Given this information, still it doesn’t prevent you from uploading as many Design Packages as you wish, remember the more visibility the higher the chance of getting noticed globally. . .hence you are in CoArch.

Please note that if someone purchased your Design Package and will eventually communicate to you for a Design change or Design modification, we at CoArch highly recommends for you to accommodate with the highest level of professionalism as possible.  Remember each communication from CoArch's end-users are already your client.

Have Fun. . .

Sincerely,

CoArch Team
